Are you using the "user" table, "IID" table?? If so, I was curious how you keep track of all your users that way, if each installation of your application only points to their local VFP database.

No, my VFP data will reside on the same machine as my business objects. Currently, the front end to my business objects is a web product, Cold Fusion. So my DCOM objects are on the same machine with the DBC and tables, and the SQL Server data is on another machine. And I don't use the user table or the "IID" table.

Is there a problem with keeping some of your data in MM and some in SQL Server?
