Thanks for the suggestion. Note that in one case my tests were run on an NT 4.0 Server (233mhz) and an NT 4.0 WkSt (4.5mhz). It took more than twice the time to run on the faster pc. Also the tests running at the client site are on the same hardware but using VFP 5 against VFP 6. VFP 6 is always significantly slower: 3.xx seconds against 17.xx seconds. Still looking for the cause/answer. Have a nice day.
