Sure!
Go to the West-Wind site and download their 3.52 demo, which is the fullblown product except that it doesn't allow you to compile to exe. You have to DO main.prg to run the wc server. I used Personal Web Sever 4.0 (PWS4) from my Win98SE CD and set it up on my PC. That why I could create code and html and test it all on my box.
