thanks for your help. I found a solution to my problem. When I was using the command prompt on my PC, I was using bcp on my drive (C:\) but when I was trying to use the same function through query analyser, I had an error because the function for an undefined directory on the server.

So now, I can use the same function, by using it on the server and I have no problem!
