Work-arounds are easy. I was interested in knowing why it happened and how to prevent it.

I was compiling and running over and over again without changing anything like paths, so I doubt it's any kind of path bug. Also, when I went to IExplore to delete the .FXP it wouldn't let me, saying the file was in use.
