Jon,
Did you run the createviews program? Also, did you update the xCase model from the database, or did you try to update the database from the xCase model. If the latter, xCase does not handle views very well (If at all, but I'm not sure because I used an older version.)
Once, you create your new project, and you run createviews and compile the database, you should be able to install the SDT metadata without problems. Then I would run xCase to update the database with any new tables you've added.
On a personal note, I would use xCase to update a SQL server database from a model made from VFP before I'd use it to update a VFP database. SDT can handle most database maintenance functions.
