Ok...here's the idea...I want to automate this somehow so I can use the same grid for all my tables....

I'm not sure you need to use a 3rd party product (Stonefield) to do this...
You can use afields to get most of the table information you require to set up a grid automatically
Only problem is getting the column headings from the dbc - but I think you can get these from dbgetprop

Will
