Sanjay,

Use HexEdit that comes with VFP. Look at http://fox.wikis.com/wc.dll?Wiki~NotATable~VFP for some directions on table repair.

The problem is, a lot of the problems people are having with forms are beyond repair and you will need to use a backup or start over.
