The report is used in the query dialog box as the "form name" to be used in output. To have the result on screen, I can use the "print preview" option instead of the "to print" option, but the result is not satisfying since I either see too much or too little (with the zoom in / zoom out buttons).

Yvan,

The Preview is a match to the printed page and therefore will never be what you are looking for because the paper may be 8.5 inches wide while the monitor is not that big. To get what you want you could send the report ot a file and desing a form to display that file. My preference would be to design a fomr that uses the same data source and displays the data similarly to the report.

Remember the REPORT DESIGNER designs printed pages, teh FORM DESIGNER designs display forms. If you try to use a hammer to put it a screw it won't be the same as if you used a screw driver.
