I have used the Telxon (now owned by Symbol) PTC-2000
built in scanner, internal slot for wirless network card, Windows CE 2.12

We use it to collect data on the production floor and the warehouse (approx 120K sq ft) Links to SBT and TIW. Connect using Proxim with terminal server 2000.

Been running it for about 6 months now with no problems.
