You sure can. In brief, you to locate the specific mail item then query the Attachments.Count property. If 1 or more, you can cycle through the attachments collection and set an Attachment item. You can then use Attachment.SaveAsFile to save the attachment to a file. How you process that file from that point is dependent on the file type.
