Thanks for the reminder. I downloaded them a while ago, and I went back and saw that he has a sample form to do exactly what I want. 'Cept I can't open the form 'cuz it croaks with the same error .

It CAN be done...I knew I wasn't dreaming! Of course, others have had trouble getting the control working, too, so I'm not totally nuts. There's GOT to be a way...I wonder what I've got configured wrong.
