I really want to find out which users have a particular file open. I'm wondering if VFP's declare dll might support the NetFileEnum function. Unfortunately I'm not an API guru and NetFileEnum appears to be a bit beyond my limited experience.

Questions:

1) Can VFP call the NetFileEnum function?
2) Can anyone provide some guidance here?
3) Does anyone have another solution?
