Hi,

Since upgrading my users from FoxFire 3.0 to 3.0+, a couple have reported this strange problem:

- From Request Manager, select NEW
- OK for Type and Style (no change)

The Request Editor window does NOT appear. Yet, the status bar messages do prompt the user for a file name. Hitting TAB changes the prompt to 'description'.

So, the Request Editor window in ACTIVE but not SHOWn.

These problems do NOT occur on my computer(s). I am the developer, and FoxFire was INSTALLED on my computer(s). The users, on the other hand, only get updated FoxFire.app and control files. Basically, I updated any file that has changed between the two versions.

I suspect something else is updated that I somehow missed passing over to the users.

Can anyone please help ?
