I've checked all the aliases and SELECTs but cannot find any typos. Some additional information: I am using free tables and do not close any before calling the second form. The error only occurs if I go to a specific page on the second form. What I really need is to find the name of the table which VFP is gagging on. I've tried putting code in the Error events of the DataEnvironment of both forms without success. Rgds Petras
