Was it a "one-time" measurement or was it a long term check? We found that the voltage would drop occassionally, maybe once a day, maybe once every couple of days, possibly several times a day. It wasn't consistant to things that happened within their shop, but due to the irregular supply they got from the power company. A UPS would still be a good idea, IMO.
