ActiveX control messing up MDI child forms

Hi all,

while trying to create a MDI interface in my VFP 6 app, I found that only the last of several child forms (all instantiated from the same form class) opened by the top level form works as expected. On all other forms the UI is messed up - buttons, textboxes and labels disappeared, items lost and backcolor changed in listboxes. Some of the controls will show when the form is clicked.

After unsuccesfully playing around with Refresh, SetFocus, LockScreen et al., I removed a MS ListView 6.0 from the child form class and then everything is fine.

Did somebody experience this behaviour? Since the form cannot be done without the ListView, is there a solution to this problem?

TIA
