Thanks for your reply, David. Overall, I think you are right. The group & many of the people who have replied are helpful & the place has much to give & I hope to be able to return help, where I can (knowing full well, I may be jumped on for the slightest inaccuracy).
What has amused me most about the replies I am getting is the fact that all I did was state my view, as a newcomer, backing up the statements of someone who has been on the forum much longer than myself. It is me, as a newcomer, who is being attacked, rather than the "old-timer" - it just seems to backup my comments.
I did appreciate the reply from Jim Booth though. Rather than attacking me because of my views, accepted the need to get feedback on the impression given by the group.
