Do you mean you have it overlapped? I can't imagine that you want the user to click this (indeed, the list box at the bottom would be invisible).

If you have tehm overlapped for condditional activation at runtime and can't select it at design time, what you have to do is select the container or listbox in the properties window.

If I'm wrong with my appreciation, please tell me more about the case.
