I guess that you are disabling one or other of the two containers at any one time ( I can't see why you would have two enabled superimposed list boxes).

When you enable one of your containers, you could try calling the ZOrder method to move that container to the 'front'. Or alternatively, when you disable one, use ZOrder to send it to the 'back'.
