Just a general comment here on that acronym. Unfortunately, I think folks do, too often take it to mean that either they're stupid or lazy. I don't think, in most cases that's the intent. If someone told me that, I'd take it as, "Hey, you're a sharp enough person, look at the TFM and you'll find the answer you need." If I had any problems after doing that, then I could come back with some specific and better thought out questions. If I didn' then there's that sense of accomplishment you get when you do figure it out. Of course, that's just me.:-)
