Hi, Daniel.

Again, I was talking about my way to do things. And my company has all the methodologies that enable us to keep the design flexible and prepared to handle many expected or unexpected changes without enlarging any scope. It is just a way of doing things. Indeed, I think we do things actually faster and cheaper because of having a good bunch of methods that we can apply in most cases.

I'am convinced that -even more when you have a team- consistencty and well known methodologies makes you more efficient. Of course, sometimes is better to break the common practice for some cases, but overall, having a good deal of standards let you concentrate in the creative part of design and development and not the minutiae.
