This is more of a logic issue, and normally I could program the code. I'm just having a brain freeze today and need a little jump start. I have a main form with two subforms. The main form allows edits. The subforms should allow edits until the main form changes records. In other words, if someone is in the subform adding a record, and clicks away from the subform, I want the person to still have the ability to edit the "sub"record until the user moves to a different "main" record. After that, all bets are off, the "sub"record can't be edited. I've thought about using flags but got stuck in the events. I've also had no luck with keeping track of my current record. Anyone have any ideas??
