Can anyone show me how to use low level file function to complete this

export record from a table as format cvs
and insert blank line
export following record

eg.

customername1,pono,deldate,item,qty,amt

customername2,pono,deldate,item,qty,amt

customername3,pono,deldate,item,qty,amt

customername4,pono,deldate,item,qty,amt



I cannot use COPY TO temp TYPE CVS command because I need to insert a blank line between record.
