After reading Garret's link I'm a little confused by this message... Are you 'just' adding the table after your bookmark and filling it with the text strings? I guess what I'm asking is did I miss something about table(n) or are you just adding the table differently?

I ran into the same problem, and never did come up with a good way around it.
