I wish I could help you with the ESL problem, but I have yet to become comfortable with it myself. I plan to do some testing with it within the next several months, so I will let you know how it goes...

I understand your frustration with the lack of info regarding FP/Mac. There is one very good book which I do not have here with me, but I will get the title for you today and e-mail the particulars to you. My mind is just not grabbing the memory this morning, sorry. I believe it's co-authored by Tamar Granor with the word Machete in the title.
