Is there anyone who can help with offline views? I have read Doug Henning's article but I am still having problems.
I created my offline view, copied all the files to a remote computer. Ran the app on the remote, added a couple of records. Copied the offline files from the remote to original data base, overwriting the original offline files.
Then I did Use view1 Online Exclusive, Select view1, TableUpdate(.T.).
When I browse the source table records that were added are there corectly. However, the new records dissapear when I close the app. For some reason the update committed is not committing permenatley. What am I doing wrong?
