I have been able to print the signature printing directly to the printer with a program from Microsoft knowledge base article Q99595 (using SET PRINTER TO ,??? and @says). The problem is printing the signature from a report form. It seems the ESC codes get lost when using a report form (even if you place the ESC codes in a literal text box).

A client of mine sends the signatures as a softfont the printer. The check design send the code for the softfont to get it to print.
