ICG stands for Industry Consulting Group, which kind of sounds like a front for the mob. :)

What we do to make money is to take care of properties held in trust by our clients, mostly banks. We do value negotiation, and make sure that all property taxes are paid on time, as well as file protests etc if needed. This is done for a flat fee per property.

We have an internal application to track all this activity, which it is my job to maintain, extend etc... along with keeping users alive on the network, and that sort of thing.
