I just wanted to say thanks Matt, your suggestion worked out perfectly. I did have Access97 and didn't know about the *.dbc file type. Anyways, I have another question that I hope can be answered. If I bought the Developers version of VFP 3.0 or 5.0, would I be able to import data into these tables? My guess is probably "Yes" as long as the tables are not password protected (I assume you can put passwords on VFP tables just like in Paradox).

Thanks...
Allen
