New speakers is starting to happen as well. Devconnections DevCon will feature at least 2 first timers, Mike Helland and Cindy Winegarden. Della Martin may be another first-timer, but I am not sure.

That is the way it should be - bring in new blood. I am glad that the Devconnections people took my advice by inviting ALL to submit abstracts.
