Are you sure you VFP is using the config file you specified? Check the value of SYS(2019). If the config file is correct, is there an entry in it similar to:

TMPFILES=c:\temp

If not, try putting one in. If there is an entry, try changing it to another directory that exists. Also, do you have write access to c:\temp?
