Greetings all. I am in the process of troubleshooting a production IIS 4.0
machine that is experiencing intermittent crashing of the W3 service. The
rest of the SP 5 machine continues to function normally, including SQL.
Cold fusion is also used on this machine.

I installed the IIS Exception Monitor on this box, but when I try to install
the symbols I'm prompted for the following files, which are allegedly on the
NT 4.0 Option Pack:

comregistration.pdb
cfw.pdb
cmhelper.pdb
context.pdb
cptrans.pdb
cscript.dbg
cscript.pdb

I've reviewed every .cab file on the CD, and I cannot find any of these
files. Anyone have any idea where I can find these files?

As an aside, I installed the Exception Monitor on another server of almost
identical configuration and the installation stopped Cold Fusion cold,
resulting in anon. users being prompted for authentication. The issue was
resolved be applying the latest Cold Fusion service pack.

TIA
