I had to get it because I use the payroll and they require you to have the latest. It has one feature that makes it worth the price to me (actually I got a free upgrade). I have multiple companies. When I start, it remembers my companies and gives me a menu. I don't have to go to their FILE|OPEN and hunt for the file I want. That is the only thing I have noticed that has changed other than the financial statements say "cash" in the upper left if you do cash accounting - nice touch. I think it may be a little faster.
