I set the scrollbars property to 2 in the init() of the form but I do not see the scrollbar on the form.

Is there other property I need to set to have the scroll bar?

You have to have an object outside of the viewrange of the form before the scrollbars appear. Test it by putting a line on the form and resize the form beyond the beginning of the line and they should appear.
