If you want to READ qb data, DATABLOX offers a program that will do that (have not used it). From the www.datablox.com website:

The core functionality is implemented as a single DLL that can be added to the Microsoft Office 97 or 2000 environment. OfficeQ also includes a Microsoft Access 97 program (with source code) that will completely clone any QuickBooks® file into an Access 97 database and many Microsoft Excel 97 programs (with source code) that provide unique useful reports not available from within QuickBooks®.

It doesnt help with importing into QB.
