You can't know for sure because of the nature of a Wiki. Unless someone signs their name or in the case of the Fox Wiki, adds their name to the IP address translator, you won't know.

Why do you want to know?

IAC, I believe Mike Feltman of F1 Tech started it. He posted a message a while ago asking for input.
