You can't know for sure because of the nature of a Wiki. Unless someone signs their name or in the case of the Fox Wiki, adds their name to the IP address translator, you won't know.
Why do you want to know?
IAC, I believe Mike Feltman of F1 Tech started it. He posted a message a while ago asking for input.
>>>This is a new topic on the Wiki at
http://fox.wikis.com/wc.dll?Wiki~ShouldVFPBeInVSDotNet~softwareEng>>>
>>>Apparently, JVP isn't the only one who thinks VFP should be a separate product. The page indicates that the Fox Team is considering this and wants to hear from the community. So take a look and post your opinion either here or at the wiki.

>While we are at that. Can somebody explain me how can one knoe who started a Wiki topic (that one begins "I recently had the opportunity to discuss...", but I don't know who is writing).

signature for the main part of the body.
