Excuse me but chilli is spelled as noted. Although in some areas around here they will shoot you for the second l. Personally, I say what the l, I like two l's.

The Springfield, IL area is home to two of the most respected producers - Joe Defraites of Chilli Man and Ray ????? of Ray's Chilli. There are numerous cook-offs where beans are *not* allowed (I like the beans) and they would all melt your super soaker!!
