I have tested PWS server on WIN95/98 and did not like it even for test.
PWS is a toy in my humble opinion not a server...

In your situation i'd move my PC up to WIN2K professional or test non-MS alternatives web servers.

Some are unexpensive and easy to install. I recommend you try
OmmiHTTPd (can be downloaded easily).

I installed it without a glance to documentation:)
OmmiHTTPd is ISAPI compliant and works great with FOXISAPI.

We have used it on WIN2K server as alternative to IIS5.
It has no bell and whisle, no SSL but worked great for dynamic
vfp-generated pages.

We have not tested it with WIN me though. Good luck
