Hello Harry
I have not encountered this problem with the setup wizard so I am wondering if it is the old problem that occurs when moving a database container and tables to a new folder structure.
You can test if this is the case by making a copy of your data to another location and then opening a table in it and use DBF() to establish what table you have open.
I remember moving a database container once complete with its set of tables, only to find that the container was still opening the original tables and not the ones that I copied with the container.
This might create the errors you mention if the machine you are installing to can no longer see the original tables.
This does not seem to happen to me now for some reason and I forget how I cured the problem.
Hopefully someone in here will be able to point us both in the right direction.
>Dear All,
> Recently I encountered a strange unsolved problem. Previously I distributed my program by help of Setup wizard. Everything fine. Recently when I run the setup created by the setup wizard some tables within the database have lost link to it. When the program is run for the first time error message appears and ask for the link to that database. In some tables the indices are lost. The CDX files are still there. Before setup it is fine. Can anyone offer a solution to this?
