Okay. Point well made. Keep in mind that what you "perceive" how someone is making a point may be different how someone else perceives it. I all honesty, and I'm not sure how you'll take it but keep in mind, I'm not saying it to be smart or anything but.....focus on the content of the message and not how it's delivered...hey, truth of the matter, if someone has a fix to a problem I've been struggling with for a week and i'm at a point where I"m going to meetings saying that my projects are at risk because of it, I'm going to ignore the "hey stupid," part of the message and ADHERE AND TAKE "here's the fix to your problem for teh fourth time....yada yada yada..." Not saying it's like that here but you get the point right?
