Hi!

You should use 'Update Project List' option after you added new files to project. To use it correctly, you must "check out" project.pjm file, run this option, than "check in" pjm file back. Do check in/check out using VSS native client only, because VFP does not have built in functionality for this (looks quite not comfortable ;(( )

Other developers, however, should join to project again to download latest project structure.

Project pjx and pjt files should not be at Source Safe. Project structure saved at VSS in the pjm file, that is textual representation of the pjx and pjt files. You can look to it using 'view...' option in popup menu for pjm file in VSS native client.
