yep. i finally was able to get it working properly last night around 7 or so. I was trying to run half of john henn's code in one place and the rest in another...finally afte reading the sdk manual thoroughly, I learned that one of the methods that is used in his code, ensures that winfax class is reset after each job..to prevent multiple opening of winfax over and over again...once i put everything in one location like it initially was, i was able to throw it into a scan and go from there...

I have yet to work on the timed procedure that will go out and get the status of the fax and update the user......
