Hi!
You need "IIF(EMPTY(EMAIL_IT), 'MyUsualControl', 'MyDisabledControl')"
Than put 2 controls into column with names 'MyUsualControl' and 'MyDisabledControl', one is normal and one is disabled. As you see, dynamiccurrentcontrol requires the same data type as currentcontrol property of column - character.
