This exe was already in service on the network. The necessary run-time files are installed on the workstations. The exe works fine for the users on the network but as for the workstations of the programmers it generates this error and we're suppose to have all the run-time libraries needed to test the exe. I compile it into an *.app and it works fine but as an exe it gives me these two messages and will not activate the exe.
