You should use configuration file having something like this to separate resource files for each user and to make sure versions of resource files are sepated:
*---------------------
tmpfiles=c:\foxwork
editwork=c:\foxwork
sortwork=c:\foxwork
progwork=c:\foxwork
resource=c:\foxwork\vfp5user
*--------------------

Or you may want to set resource OFF.

Hi,

I have a little problem activating an exe compiled in VFP5. After compiling the project, I try to activate the exe in windows explorer and I get this messagebox: "Resource file version mismatch" I click ok and a second message appears "Visual FoxPro could not start. Could not load ressources. Press F1 for help". I followed the instructions as per the help file and still does not work. I activate the exe in another work station and the exe works but when I do this on my own station, it gives me this message. I compiled another project with the VFP5 and this exe activates without any problems. Is there something I'm not getting or the answer is too obvious for me to see.
