If you can't use the uninstaller, you have to clean up the VFP directories (generally within the Visual Studio dir), a good deal of DLLs from SYSTEM/SYSTEM32 (you can look for the ones starting with VFP first), and then clean up the registry (you can seach for VFP, FoxPro, and simmilar keywords to localize all entries).
Anyway, is a daunting and dangerous task. If uninstall doesn't work, maybe you can try reinstalling and deinstalling.
