I think Kevin is doing the right thing. The file section is not supossed to have beta tools. I like to be able to download something from there knowing that it is somehow tested.

Asking for beta tester here at the UT seems great for any tool developer. There are lots of people interested in various possible ones. Of course, we'll encourage Kevin to publish it as soon as we agree with him that the tool is ready to run.
