Hmm, that's a weird one. First, you shouldn't be getting asserts from vfp6.exe because they don't fire in the release version of a VC++ EXE. Even if asserts were able to fire in the release version, I can't find that particular assert in the product. Sooooo, I'd be inclined to look at any DLLs you might have loaded in the VFP process space, specifically an ODBC driver.
