On a form with several textboxes that have numeric fields as the control source
an occational strange behavior occurs. When the users adds a record these fields
are empty. When the user tabs into the fields they still appears empty.However, when the user types a digit a 0 immediately appears after it. So for example
if the user types "2" it immediately becomes "20". This doesn't always happen,but once this behavior starts it continues on successive adds until the user exists the program.
